How Do I Change ______?

Whatever changes we want to make begin inside of us.

 This means we must be still, quiet and present. Practicing meditation regularly helps us be this way consistently. It’s not about clearing our minds. It’s about managing what happens in our minds and creating the lives we want and need. Listen for more.
